01 / Discovery Call + Proposal
After you submit your application form, we'll review the details of your project to make sure our services are a good fit for what you might need and reach out to schedule a discovery call with us. The call is a casual chat to outline more details of the project, get to know each other a bit, and make sure we'd be a good fit to work together. After the call, we'll send over a custom proposal document with a few different packages for you to choose from that could work for the needs of your project.

02 / Brand Discovery + Workshop
After you're booked with us and officially in our schedule, we'll have you fill out an in-depth Workbook that answers questions about your business, audience, industry, and more! After we've reviewed your answers, we'll have you schedule a 1-hour Discovery Workshop call with us where we'll go into the details of your answers and uncover the deep-rooted values of your brand.

03 / Creative Direction
Before we dive into any design, we'll take the answers we've uncovered from our Discovery Workshop and put together a detailed Creative direction presentation, which will outline everything from your brand values to visual direction. This will help inform all our decisions for the rest of your brand and give us a target to hit so we know how best to resonate with your audience and to stand out in your market.

04 / Design + Refinements
Now for the fun part! We'll start working on design, using the Creative Direction as our baseline to create thoughtful decisions and ensure it communicates with your target audience. It's during this phase that we'll provide detailed presentations and video walkthroughs for you to review and you'll be able to provide your thoughts and feedback every step of the way.

05 / Off-Boarding + Launch
Once your project is complete, we'll package everything up and send it over to you in a simple, easy to navigate online folder where you can access your files at any time. You'll also receive a PDF walkthrough so you can know the exact next step to take in implementing your own branding and feel confident and secure in managing it.

Most people think of designers as an artist—someone they commission to execute their needs. But designers are actually a service provider, like hiring a specialist to fix something in your house.
You won’t be expected to have all the answers, instead our job is to come in and diagnosed the current problems you might be having in your business. Once we’ve done that, we’ll work together to find the right solution to best fit your needs!

Since we’ll work together collaboratively, you’ll start with filling out a questionnaire that dives deep into the root of your business and who your audience is. Because we’ll work through this process together, you won’t need to have anything prepared before we meet!
